Hurstville Glory Football Club was established in 2003 after the merger of two long-standing clubs in the SGFA district, Kingsgrove Allstars and St George Olympic.

From 2003 to 2017, HGFC was based out of Penshurst Park in Sydney’s South West, having moved to Riverwood Park in 2018 to make way for Georges River Council’s development of the Penshurst Park Sporting Hub.

That year, HGFC became known simply as Glory FC, and in 2020 was renamed to Riverwood Glory FC.

In 2023, and in honour of 20 years of football, the club has returned to its roots, undergoing its final renaming back to Hurstville Glory FC.

At its core, HGFC is a multicultural and family-friendly club that recognises the power of football to bring people of diverse backgrounds together and create lifelong friendships based on the love of a sport and a desire to continuously improve and support one another.
